In Tuesday's non-league test, the Lugoff-Elgin Demons (Lugoff, SC) basketball squad held off the host Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC), by a count of 66-60.

With the victory, Lugoff-Elgin advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Demons travel to River Bluff (Lexington, SC) to meet the Gators in a non-league battle on Friday, December 5.
