The East Gaston Warriors topped the visiting Bessemer City Yellow Jackets basketball team by a final score of 75-63 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Warriors face the Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, December 27. East Gaston will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 6-3 record after their 60-54 league win over East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC).

With the defeat, Bessemer City moves to 6-3 on the year. The Yellow jackets travel to Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC) to face the Iron Horses in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 28.
