The Glendale Vikings (Flinton, PA) basketball nipped the host Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA), 41-37 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Vikings (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Curwensville (Curwensville, PA). The Golden Tide go into the Inter County - North test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Curwensville got by Claysburg-Kimmel (Claysburg, PA), 67-59, in a league test.

The Vikings now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hyndman Charter School for a Western Pennsylvania - Southern test on Thursday, December 21. Blacklick Valley will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 67-19 league loss to Salisbury Elk Lick (Salisbury, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-2.
