The Stanwood Spartans basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Lynnwood Royals to 44 in the Spartans league triumph on Wednesday.

The Spartans now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mater Dei Catholic for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Stanwood will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 78-48 non-league win over Point Loma (San Diego, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-5.
