December 20, 2023: Bunker Hill, IL 62014 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Carlinville Cavaliers (Carlinville, IL) and the host Bunker Hill Minutemen (Bunker Hill, IL), saw Carlinville's basketball squad wallop Bunker Hill by a tally of 53-19.
With the victory, Carlinville improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Lincolnwood (Raymond, IL) to confront the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 26. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 4-11. Lincolnwood lost 46-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Carlinville (Carlinville, IL)
Next up, the Minutemen confront the Gillespie Miners (Gillespie, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 21. Bunker Hill will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Miners come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 60-38 non-league win over Nokomis (Nokomis, IL).
