The New Albany Eagles (New Albany, OH) basketball crushed the visiting Central Crossing Comets (Grove City, OH), 45-24 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Canfield for a non-league bout on Monday, December 23. New Albany will play a Cardinals team coming off a 74-44 non-league win over Marlington (Alliance, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-0.
