December 20, 2024: Conway, AR 72032 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Conway Christian Eagles (Conway, AR) and the host St. Joseph Bulldogs (Conway, AR), observed Conway Christian's basketball team overcome St. Joseph by a margin of 60-41.
The Eagles (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Vernon-Enola (Mt. Vernon, AR). The Warhawks come into the 2A Region 5 challenge with a 13-6 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Vernon-Enola defeated South Side (Bee Branch, AR), 76-62, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Ozark Catholic Academy Griffins (Springdale, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. St. Joseph will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Griffins come into the challenge with a 15-5 record after their 71-42 league win over Eureka Springs (Eureka Springs, AR).
