Texas High School Basketball - Everman bested by Seguin
December 20, 2024: Everman, TX 76140 Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Everman Bulldogs (Everman, TX), 57-41 in a league match.
With the victory, Seguin advances its record to 8-9 on the year. The Cougars travel to Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) to face the Skeeters in a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. The Skeeters enter the match with a record of 8-6. Mesquite lost 72-69 in their recent league match against Cedar Hill (Cedar Hill, TX)
The Bulldogs now own a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mansfield Timberview for a 5A Region I District 8 match on Friday, January 3. Everman will face a Wolves squad coming off a 65-26 league win over Burleson (Burleson, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 14-4.
