Illinois High School Basketball - Kewanee nips Hall
December 20, 2024: Spring Valley, IL 61362 In Friday's league contest, the visiting Kewanee Boilermakers basketball team scored a close 55-48 win over the Hall Red Devils.
The Boilermakers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Riverdale (Port Byron, IL). The Rams come into the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Riverdale edged Geneseo (Geneseo, IL), 57-27, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Red Devils battle the Marquette Crusaders (Ottawa, IL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 26. Hall will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 4-6 record after their 79-54 non-league loss to Yorkville Christian (Yorkville, IL).
