Unity Christian Academy Phoenix (South Holland, IL) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host MCC Crescents (Morton Grove, IL), 69-33 in a league match.

With the victory, Unity Christian Academy advances its record to 7-3 on the year. The Phoenix travel to Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL) to meet the Broncos in a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. The Broncos enter the match with a record of 3-4. Montini Catholic lost 64-51 in their recent non-league match against Brother Rice (Chicago, IL)

The Crescents now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grayslake North for a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. MCC will meet a Knights squad coming off a 77-56 non-league loss to Hononegah (Rockton, IL). The Knights record now stands at 6-5.
