South Pike Eagles (Magnolia, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting McComb Tigers (McComb, MS), 73-62 in a non-league match.

With the victory, South Pike upgrades its record to 5-7 on the year. The Eagles travel to Enterprise (Brookhaven, MS) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Yellowjackets enter the match with a record of 9-8. Enterprise won 59-53 in their recent non-league match against Jefferson County (Fayette, MS)

The Tigers now sport a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bogue Chitto for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. McComb will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 71-68 non-league loss to Franklin County (Meadville, MS). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-3.
