North Carolina High School Basketball - Myers Park nips Palisades

In Friday's league contest, the host Myers Park Mustangs basketball team scored a close 79-73 triumph over the Palisades Pumas.

The Mustangs (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC). The Bearcats go into the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Rock Hill was tipped by Clover (Clover, SC), 60-48, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Pumas battle the Dreher Blue Devils (Columbia, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Palisades will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 45-43 non-league loss to Orangeburg-Wilkinson (Orangeburg, SC).
