The Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Blaine Borderites (Blaine, WA), 41-9 in Friday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cedarcrest for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. Meridian will play a Red Wolves team coming off a 59-42 non-league win over Klahowya (Silverdale, WA). The Red Wolves record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Blaine falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Borderites travel to Cascade (Everett, WA) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Cascade lost 63-23 in their recent non-league bout against Everett (Everett, WA)
