In Friday's league test, the Frost Polar Bears (Frost, TX) basketball squad knocked off the host Mildred Eagles (Corsicana, TX), by a score of 37-27.

Next, the Polar Bears encounter the Rice Bulldogs (Rice, TX) in a non-league test, on Thursday, December 26. Frost will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record.

The Eagles (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Wortham (Wortham, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region III District 18 test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Wortham was knocked off by Italy (Italy, TX), 43-18, in a league test.
