In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves basketball team scored a close 66-62 triumph over the Person Rockets.

The Fighting Red Wolves (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Southern Alamance (Graham, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 8-0 record. In their last contest, Southern Alamance nipped Williams (Burlington, NC), 65-47, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Rockets battle the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 26. Person will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record.
