In Friday's non-league test, the Orange Panthers (Hillsborough, NC) basketball squad got by the visiting Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), by a score of 37-35.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC) in a test, on Tuesday, February 4. Orange will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Rockets come into the test with a 10-9 record after their 58-52 league loss to Southern Alamance (Graham, NC).
