In Friday's league test, the Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) basketball squad defeated the visiting Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), by a score of 71-53.

Coming up next, the Warriors confront the Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 11. Western Alamance will attempt to better on its 14-2 season record. The Rockets go into the game with a 12-9 record after their 59-46 league win over Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC).
