Academy of Aerospace and Engineering Jets (Windsor, CT) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Parish Hill Pirates (Chaplin, CT), 63-26 in a league bout.

With the victory, Academy of Aerospace and Engineering upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Jets travel to Metropolitan Learning Center (Bloomfield, CT) to play the Dragons in a Capitol Region bout on Thursday, December 22. The Dragons come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Metropolitan Learning Center won 35-0 in their recent league bout against Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT)

Next up, the Pirates play the Academy of Science and Innovation Ravens (New Britain, CT) in a Capitol Region bout, on Thursday, December 22. Parish Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Ravens come into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 58-57 league win over Civic Leadership/AAE (Enfield, CT).
