The San Tan Foothills Sabercats basketball team (Queen Creek, AZ), dropped 58-45 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Poston Butte Broncos (San Tan Valley, AZ)

The Broncos now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Florence for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 21. Poston Butte will battle a Gophers team coming off a 65-64 non-league win over Thatcher (Thatcher, AZ). The Gophers record now stands at 10-0.

The Sabercats (13-4) will now prepare for their battle against Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ). The Bears come into the 3A South Central battle with a 15-0 record. In their last battle, Coolidge beat Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ), 71-61, in a non-league battle.
