February 3, 2023: Queen Creek, AZ 85142 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the San Tan Foothills Sabercats (Queen Creek, AZ) and the visiting Globe Tigers (Globe, AZ), saw San Tan Foothills's basketball squad knock off Globe by a tally of 60-45.
With the victory, San Tan Foothills improves its record to 16-10 on the campaign. The Sabercats host Florence (Florence, AZ) to play the Gophers in a 3A South Central challenge on Monday, February 6. The Gophers come into the challenge with a record of 19-7. Florence won 73-7 in their recent league challenge against American Leadership Academy - Anthem South (Florence, AZ)
Next up, the Tigers play the Gilbert Christian Knights (Gilbert, AZ) in a 3A South Central challenge, on Monday, February 6. Globe will attempt to improve on its 7-18 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 13-10 record after their 66-63 league loss to Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ).
