Louisiana High School Basketball - Central Lafourche nudges Walker
December 21, 2023: Walker, LA 70785 Central Lafourche Trojans (Raceland, LA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Walker Wildcats (Walker, LA), 63-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Central Lafourche upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Trojans travel to St. Amant (St. Amant, LA) to clash with the Gators in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 13-5. St. Amant won 67-45 in their recent non-league bout against Glen Oaks (Baton Rouge, LA)
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Captain Shreve Gators (Shreveport, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. Walker will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Gators go into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 51-47 non-league win over Scotlandville (Baton Rouge, LA).
