In Thursday's non-league outing, the Collins Tigers (Collins, MS) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting McLaurin Tigers (Florence, MS), by a margin of 68-44.

The Tigers (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Purvis (Purvis, MS). The Tornadoes go into the non-league outing with a 9-2 record. In their last outing, Purvis smashed West Marion (Foxworth, MS), 67-48, in a non-league outing.
