The Galena Grizzlies basketball team (Reno, NV), was overwhelmed 58-33 in Thursday's league battle with the host Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV)

The Cougars now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Flagstaff for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 28.

The Grizzlies (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Clovis North (Fresno, CA). The Broncos come into the non-league battle with a 4-8 record.
