Texas High School Basketball - Spring Woods triumphant over Milby

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Spring Woods Tigers (Houston, TX) and the host Milby Buffs (Houston, TX), observed Spring Woods's basketball team overwhelm Milby by a margin of 78-53.

The Tigers (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Splendora (Splendora, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 9-9 record. In their last challenge, Splendora was trounced by Dayton (Dayton, TX), 62-53, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Buffs battle the Lee Ganders (Baytown, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Milby will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Ganders come into the challenge with a 3-14 record after their 77-27 league loss to Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX).
