Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Heritage Christian Eagles (Indianapolis, IN), 43-34 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Cathedral upgrades its record to 6-6 on the year. The Fighting Irish travel to Brownstown Central (Brownstown, IN) to face the Braves in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Braves enter the match with a record of 9-3. Brownstown Central lost 57-47 in their recent league match against Silver Creek (Sellersburg, IN)

The Eagles now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Boone for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. Heritage Christian will face a Stars squad coming off a 60-29 league loss to Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN). The Stars record now stands at 3-7.
