The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) and the visiting Purdue Polytechnic Techies (Indianapolis, IN), observed Cathedral's basketball team overwhelm Purdue Polytechnic by a score of 65-42.

The Fighting Irish (11-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Indianapolis Bishop Chatard (Indianapolis, IN). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 12-6 record. In their last challenge, Indianapolis Bishop Chatard trounced Covenant Christian (Indianapolis, IN), 58-45, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Techies battle the Tindley Tigers (Indianapolis, IN) in a Capital City challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Purdue Polytechnic will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record.
