The Brainerd Panthers (Chattanooga, TN) basketball nipped the visiting Chattanooga Central Pounders (Harrison, TN), 62-56 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Panthers (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Howard Tech (Chattanooga, TN). The Hustlin' Tigers go into the non-league test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Howard Tech was tipped by Chattanooga Prep (Chattanooga, TN), 56-42, in a non-league test.
