December 22, 2022: Burlington, MA 01803 The Leominster Blue Devils basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Burlington Red Devils to 44 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Thursday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host King Philip Regional for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Leominster will battle a Warriors team coming off a 66-49 league loss to Stoughton (Stoughton, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-2.
The Red Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Malden (Malden, MA). The Golden Tornados come into the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Malden prevailed over Westport (Westport, MA), 65-52, in a non-league contest.
