North Dakota High School Basketball - Moorhead nudges Fargo Davies
December 22, 2022: Fargo, ND 58104 Moorhead Spuds (Moorhead, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Fargo Davies Eagles (Fargo, ND), 81-75 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Moorhead upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Spuds travel to Sartell-St. Stephen (Sartell, MN) to clash with the Sabres in a AAAA Section 8 bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Sabres go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Sartell-St. Stephen won 55-54 in their recent non-league bout against Sauk Rapids-Rice (Sauk Rapids, MN)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND) in a A East bout, on Thursday, December 29. Fargo Davies will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
