Hawaii High School Basketball - Kauai overwhelmed by Kamehameha Kapalama
December 22, 2023: Honolulu, HI 96817 The Kauai Red Raiders basketball team (Lihue, HI), was overwhelmed 66-39 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Kamehameha Kapalama Warriors (Honolulu, HI)
The Warriors now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Marcos for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 28. Kamehameha Kapalama will confront a Knights team coming off a 66-56 non-league win over Kamehameha Hawai'i (Kea'au, HI). The Knights record now stands at 12-2.
The Red Raiders (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Kapa'a (Kapa'a, HI). The Warriors come into the Kauai battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Kapa'a was overwhelmed by Hanalani (Mililani, HI), 42-41, in a non-league battle.
