December 22, 2023: Newark, NJ 07103 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Newark Tech Terries (Newark, NJ) and the visiting North Star Academy (Newark, NJ), saw Newark Tech's basketball squad overcome North Star Academy by a tally of 56-45.
With the victory, Newark Tech improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Terries travel to Ramapo (Franklin Lakes, NJ) to confront the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Ramapo won 59-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Bergenfield (Bergenfield, NJ)
Next up, the confront the Arts Jaguars (Newark, NJ) in a Super Essex - American challenge, on Saturday, December 23. North Star Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 62-30 league win over Seton Hall Prep (West Orange, NJ).
