Arizona High School Basketball - Greenway beaten by Fairfax

December 22, 2025: Phoenix, AZ 85053

The Fairfax Stampede beat the host Greenway Demons basketball team by a margin of 69-52 in Monday's non-league game.

The Stampede now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cortez for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 23. Fairfax will confront a Colts team coming off a 59-56 non-league win over Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ). The Colts record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Greenway falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Goldwater (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Bulldogs in a 4A Skyline game on Tuesday, January 6. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 8-4. Goldwater won 68-53 in their recent non-league game against Desert Sunrise (Maricopa, AZ)
