Woodward Bulldogs (Cincinnati, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Ponitz Career Tech Golden Panthers (Dayton, OH), 73-56 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Woodward upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Braddock (Miami, FL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 9-1. Braddock won 68-35 in their recent non-league bout against Killian (Miami, FL)

Next up, the Golden Panthers play the Taft Senators (Cincinnati, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 30. Ponitz Career Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record.
