Woodward Bulldogs (Cincinnati, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Taft Senators (Cincinnati, OH), 85-82 in a league bout.

With the win, Woodward upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Aiken (Cincinnati, OH) to clash with the Falcons in a Cincinnati Metro bout on Friday, January 19. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Aiken won 70-50 in their recent league bout against Hughes (Cincinnati, OH)

Next up, the Senators clash with the Western Hills Mustangs (Cincinnati, OH) in a Cincinnati Metro bout, on Friday, January 19. Taft will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 70-65 league win over Withrow (Cincinnati, OH).
