December 27, 2021: Colfax, IL 61728 The Paxton-Buckley-Loda Panthers basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Ridgeview Mustangs to 48 in the Panthers non-league victory on Monday.
The Panthers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakwood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 28. Paxton-Buckley-Loda will battle a Comets team coming off a 62-42 non-league loss to Tuscola (Tuscola, IL). The Comets record now stands at 11-3.
The Mustangs (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Tuscola (Tuscola, IL). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Tuscola prevailed over Oakwood (Fithian, IL), 62-42, in a non-league contest.
