Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Fighting Cardinals (Norris City, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Edwards County Lions (Albion, IL), 53-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Norris City-Omaha-Enfield upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Fighting Cardinals travel to Hamilton County (McLeansboro, IL) to play the Foxes in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Foxes go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Hamilton County lost 60-52 in their recent non-league bout against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, IL)
