Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN) and the host Fort Wayne South Side Archers (Fort Wayne, IN), saw Tippecanoe Valley's basketball squad knock off Fort Wayne South Side by a count of 67-52.

With the victory, Tippecanoe Valley upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Columbia City (Columbia City, IN) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 6-5. Columbia City lost 52-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran (Fort Wayne, IN)

Next up, the Archers play the Homestead Spartans (Fort Wayne, IN) in a Summit challenge, on Friday, January 5. Fort Wayne South Side will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 48-38 non-league loss to Hamilton Southeastern (Fishers, IN).
