The Victory Christian Academy Knights (Chula Vista, CA) basketball edged the host Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA), 65-62 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Loyola for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Victory Christian Academy will play a Cubs team coming off a 78-56 non-league win over Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Cubs record now stands at 11-1.
