Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Greater Johnstown nips Knoch
December 27, 2024: Saxonburg, PA 16056 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Greater Johnstown Trojans basketball team scored a close 44-43 triumph over the Knoch Knights.
The Trojans (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Gateway (Monroeville, PA). The Gators go into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Gateway nipped Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA), 41-32, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Baldwin Highlanders (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Knoch will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Highlanders go into the contest with a 7-0 record after their 56-45 league win over Trinity (Washington, PA).
