The Tamaqua Blue Raiders bounced the host Mahanoy Area Golden Bears basketball squad by a final score of 60-28 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Blue Raiders clash with the Louis E. Dieruff Huskies (Allentown, PA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, December 30. Tamaqua will attempt to upgrade on its 8-1 season record. The Huskies enter the outing with a 2-3 record after their 49-42 non-league loss to Emmaus (Emmaus, PA).
