With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 7-12 on the season. The Panthers travel to Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX) to clash with the Longhorns in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Longhorns go into the bout with a record of 17-5. Hamshire-Fannett won 37-31 in their recent non-league bout against La Grange (La Grange, TX)

Next up, the Pirates clash with the Tournament Opponent (, ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Shepherd will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record. The go into the bout with a 43-126 record after their 86-33 non-league loss to North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC).
