California High School Basketball - Lompoc overwhelms Shafter
December 28, 2022: Lompoc, CA 93436 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Lompoc Braves (Lompoc, CA) and the visiting Shafter Generals (Shafter, CA), saw Lompoc's basketball squad wallop Shafter by a tally of 61-40.
With the victory, Lompoc improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Taft (Taft, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 29. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 5-8. Taft won 49-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Lindsay (Lindsay, CA)
Next up, the Generals play the Valley Christian Academy Lions (Santa Maria, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 29. Shafter will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 61-45 non-league loss to Santa Maria (Santa Maria, CA).
