December 28, 2023: Piedmont, SC 29673 Woodmont Wildcats (Piedmont, SC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC), 64-60 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Woodmont upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Stratford (Goose Creek, SC) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Stratford lost 75-56 in their recent non-league bout against Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV)
Next up, the Chiefs play the Chapmanville Regional Tigers (Chapmanville, WV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. North Myrtle Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 75-56 non-league win over Stratford (Goose Creek, SC).
