December 28, 2024: Pleasanton, CA 94588 The Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA) basketball edged the visiting Mt. Eden Monarchs (Hayward, CA), 60-53 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Falcons now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Pittsburg for a non-league bout on Monday, December 30. Foothill will play a Pirates team coming off a 73-59 non-league win over Granada (Livermore, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Mt. Eden falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to San Leandro (San Leandro, CA) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 2-12. San Leandro won 58-55 in their recent non-league bout against Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA)
