December 28, 2024: Baltimore, MD 21209 The Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cougars (Baltimore, MD) basketball were winner over the host Western (Baltimore, MD), 49-32 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Mercy for a IAAM A bout on Monday, January 6. Our Lady of Mount Carmel will play a Magic team coming off a 42-41 non-league loss to Severn School (Severna Park, MD). The Magic record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Western falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The travel to City College (Baltimore, MD) to play the Black Knights in a Baltimore City bout on Thursday, January 2. The Black Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-3. City College lost 60-19 in their recent league bout against Edmondson-Westside (Baltimore, MD)
