In Tuesday's league contest, the host Western basketball team scored a close 65-59 win over the Poly Engineers.

The (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Digital Harbor (Baltimore, MD). The Rams come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Digital Harbor edged Lewis (Baltimore, MD), 39-26, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Engineers battle the Forest Park Foresters (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore City contest, on Thursday, December 19. Poly will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Foresters come into the contest with a 5-0 record after their 76-13 league win over Mergenthaler Vo-Tech (Baltimore, MD).
