East Butler Tigers (Brainard, NE) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting High Plains Storm (Polk, NE), 43-33 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, East Butler upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Friend (Friend, NE) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 5-1. Friend won 67-26 in their recent non-league bout against Cedar Bluffs (Cedar Bluffs, NE)
