In Friday's non-league outing, the Exeter-Milligan Timberwolves (Exeter, NE) basketball squad edged the host High Plains Storm (Polk, NE), by a count of 40-37.

The Timberwolves (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Friend (Friend, NE). The Bulldogs go into the D2 District 2 outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Friend held off Lawrence-Nelson (Nelson, NE), 57-35, in a non-league outing.
