The Mt. Vernon/Plankinton Titans basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Miller Rustlers to 43 in the Titans non-league victory on Thursday.

The Titans now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tri-Valley for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 5.

The Rustlers (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Warbirds come into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Wolsey-Wessington triumphed over Highmore/Harrold (Highmore, SD), 64-36, in a non-league contest.
