Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Wessington Springs Spartans (Wessington Springs, SD) and the host Miller Rustlers (Miller, SD), saw Wessington Springs's basketball squad overcome Miller by a tally of 66-55.

With the victory, Wessington Springs improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Iroquois/Lake Preston (Iroquois, SD) to play the in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Iroquois/Lake Preston lost 71-44 in their recent league challenge against James Valley Christian (Huron, SD)
